No, Pickleball is not a gay sport. Pickleball is a sport that is enjoyed by people of all genders and sexual orientations. I'm pretty bad at tennis and haven't played in years.

Pickleball is fun playing singles though. Doubles can be as well, just depending on who's playing (hyper-competitive or friendly match). Pickleball has embraced ‍LGBTQ+ inclusion by promoting diversity through educational initiatives, implementing‌ inclusive policies, and fostering a⁤ welcoming environment for all ⁤players regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. The best way I can put it, is that pickleball is social.

The players are so welcoming, and if you really pay attention, you can learn and understand how to play the game in less than an hour. Queer women are helping shape the future of pickleball through visibility, inclusive communities, and leadership on and off the court.
